Meetings

The Benton County Agricultural Society’s Board of Directors meet the third Tuesday of each month during the year at 7:00 pm at the fairgrounds office.

Meetings for 2025:

January 21, February 18, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17,

July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21,

November 18 and December 16.

Our Annual meeting is held on the third Tuesday in November.

The Ag Society meets annually, before the start of the monthly meeting in November. Details for the meeting are in the link below.

They also attend the 6th District Annual Meeting held in Little Falls the third Monday in October and the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs Convention held in January in Bloomington, MN.

Committee meetings are scheduled as needed.
