General Rules
Upon entering fairgrounds be advised that photographs or videos may be taken of the activities or events and used for future fair promotions, publications and social media.
No person will be permitted to distribute advertising matter on fairgrounds except from their place of business or exhibit. Posting or distribution of any kind is strictly prohibited.
No pets, skateboards, roller skates, inline skates, bikes, motorized scooters, ATV’s or golf carts with the exception of handicap scooter allowed on the fairgrounds. The fair board can authorize acceptance of special needs by stopping at the office for permission. Use of motorized vehicles on fair grounds during fair week limited only to golf carts,4-wheelers, gators and the like which are in use by the Fair Board and staff will be permitted during the fair.
No pets shall be allowed on the fairgrounds premises unless:
A.) It is a bonafide service animal
B.) Its presence is authorized by the fair board in advance of its attendance and it is either leashed or kenneled at all times while on site.
C.) Its presence is part of an organized and announced fair activity.
Anyone violating this rule will be asked to take their animal off fairgrounds immediately upon being asked by any fair official or law enforcement personnel.
No smoking or vaping inside any of the buildings. No marijuana is allowed on the grounds.
No person shall bring alcoholic beverages onto the fairgrounds during the fair.
No refunds for any event on fairgrounds during the fair once the event has started.
The greatest possible care will be executed by the Benton County Fair Board to protect patrons while at the fair, however, each individual will be held personally responsible for his or her actions and the fair board will not be accountable or responsible for injury.
